Notes:

Broadview Estates is a water privileged community with a sitting / picnic area for you to enjoy the lovely views of Broad Creek.  There is a floating dock for easy entry if you enjoy Kayaking, or just relax and enjoy the view.
Golf Cart Usage

Notes:

There are two Golf Carts located in the shed at the top of the roadway leading to the Marina and Waterfront Park areas.  These are for the use of all BECA members.  The lock on the shed was replaced in 2019 and all member households were offered a key to the shed.  Members may use the carts to transport boating or picnic supplies or a loved one who can't make the trek down the hill.  First come first serve.  Please remember to plug in the charger after each use and lock the shed door.
Social Gatherings

Notes:

Broadview holds two social gatherings each year so that residents can spend time with neighbors, meet new neighbors, and enjoy our community.  One is a picnic held in the early summer following the Annual Broadview Estates Community Association meeting. The Holiday Party is an informal, but more elegant affair, held in early December.
